Apple Cider Mimosa

1 Bottle Chilled Champagne

1 C. Fresh Cider

2 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Rim Champagne glass. Fill the glass with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cider and top with champagne.
