Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz plum jam
• 1 oz Cointreau 
• ¼ lime juiced
• Prosecco to top

Directions

In a dry shaker (no ice), shake vodka, jam, Cointreau, and lime juice. Shake and divide between two champagne flutes and top with chilled prosecco.
