Ingredients 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream 1 oz green crème de menthe 1 oz vodka 1 oz heavy cream 1 cup ice cubes Whipped cream (optional) Chocolate shavings (optional) Directions Pour Baileys into a shaker. Add green crème de menthe. Add vodka. Add heavy cream. Add ice. Shake for about 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Ingredients 2 tbsp chocolate syrup 4 oz vanilla vodka 4 oz Baileys 4 oz chocolate liqueur Shaved chocolate Directions Add Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and vanilla vodka to a chilled shaker with ice. Shake well until cold. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled martini glass. Strain the shaker mixture into the glass. Top with shaved chocolate.
