Ingredients 2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Lemon juice 1 oz. Simple syrup Chilled sparkling wine or champagne to top Directions In an iced shaker, shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Pour into the champagne coup and top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne to taste.

Ingredients 1/3 cup assorted pop rocksvanilla frosting6 oz vanilla vodka 1 - 750 Champagne1 20 oz Sprite Directions Dip champagne glass rims in the frosting then the pop rocks. Put 1 oz vanilla vodka into each champagne glass. Pour champagne to 3/4 full- add sprite. Enjoy!
