2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Blackberry base
¼ oz. Elderflower
½ oz. Maple syrup
½ oz. Lemon juice
2 C. Blackberries, orange zest, and one cup of water. Mash & strain.
In an iced shaker, shake well and strain out into a chilled champagne coupe glass.
