• 1 oz. Bourbon
• 2 dashes of Peach Bitters
• 1 oz. Peach Liqueur
• Sparkling Wine or Non-Alcoholic Champagne

In a shaker, combine ice, bourbon, peach bitters and peach liqueur. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour through strainer into glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint leaf.
