Ingredients

  • 4 oz Irish whiskey
  • 6 oz ginger beer
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges and fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Fill two copper mugs or cocktail glasses with ice.
  2. Pour in the Irish whiskey and fresh lime juice, then give it a quick stir.
  3. Top with ginger beer, pouring slowly to keep the fizz.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint for an extra refreshing touch.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
