This martini has a slightly sweet, bitter taste contributed by Lillet, while the vodka tames the gin’s botanicals.

• 3 oz Gin
• 1 oz Premium Vodka
• 1/2 Lillet Blanc
• 1 Lemon

Fill Shaker with ice. Add Gin, Vodka, and Lillet. Use bar spoon and stir 50 times. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon strip, twist over glass to mist.
