Ingredients

1 – 750 ml white rum
1 bunch of mint, stems removed
2 packs lime Koolaid packets (unsweetened)
8 C. (2 qts) pineapple juice
2 L. of sprite or 7-Up
Lemon and/or lime slices

Directions

In a pitcher muddle mint with the lime Koolaid packets, and pineapple juice and mix.
Just before serving; add rum and soda, serve over ice.
