Lundeen’s Bourbon Cream
Ingredients
2 Eggs, Well Beaten
1 C. Half & Half
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ Bourbon
1-14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp Hershey’s
1 tsp Almond extract
Directions
Heat half & half and eggs to 180 degrees. Strain and cool.
Add vanilla, condensed milk, Hershey’s syrup, almond extract, and Bourbon.
Mix well and Refrigerate.
