The Michelada is Mexico’s answer to the Bloody Mary. This drink adds a little kick to the traditional Michelada with smoky mezcal and a fire-roasted jalapeno.
- ½ oz mescal
- 5 dashes cholula hot sauce
- 5 dashes Maggi seasoning
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz agave syrup
- 1 bottle modelo espical lager
- Garnish with bloody mary salt rim and lime wedge
Rim pint glass with bloody mary rimmer, set aside. Add all ingredients except beer into a shaker and shake well.
Pour into rimmed lager glass, top with beer. Garnish with lime
