Mayan Michelada

The Michelada is Mexico’s answer to the Bloody Mary. This drink adds a little kick to the traditional Michelada with smoky mezcal and a fire-roasted jalapeno.

  • ½ oz mescal
  • 5 dashes cholula hot sauce
  • 5 dashes Maggi seasoning
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz agave syrup
  • 1 bottle modelo espical lager
  • Garnish with bloody mary salt rim and lime wedge

Rim pint glass with bloody mary rimmer, set aside.  Add all ingredients except beer into a shaker and shake well.

Pour into rimmed lager glass, top with beer. Garnish with lime
