Ingredients

2 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. agave syrup
1 egg white

Directions

Dry shake all ingredients without ice; add ice and shake well.
pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple.
