  • 3 oz. Sake, chilled         
  • 3 T pumpkin pie filling, with spices
  • ¾ C eggnog                  
  • Whipped cream to garnish and dust with pumpkin pie spice


Combine Sake, pumpkin pie filling, and eggnog in an iced shaker. Shake really well and pour into a chilled champagne coupe. Top with whipped cream and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
