Orange Cinnamon Blossom—2 Ways
Ingredients
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 3 whole cloves
- 3 whole allspice
- 2 stick cinnamon
- ½ lemon, sliced thin
- ½ orange, sliced thin
- 1 T honey
- ¼ C sugar
- 2 C water
Directions
Put fruit in a saucepan, add honey, sugar, spices, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce, and simmer for 5 minutes.
For an NA cocktail: add room-temperature prosecco to a saucepan, heat to steaming (about 8 minutes), and serve warm.
For regular drink: pour 1-2 oz syrup into champagne flutes and top with chilled prosecco.
