Pear Gin Fizz
Ingredients
1 C. Water
2 Pears
½ C. Honey
8 Sprigs of Thyme
1 C. Gin
1 C. Pear Nectar or Juice
½ C. Lemon Juice
2 C. Prosecco, Chilled
Directions
Grate pears and put them in a saucepan with water and honey and thyme. Simmer for 15 min, cool, and strain. In a pitcher combine gin, pear juice, lemon juice, and 1 cup of pear syrup. Stir and add Prosecco and serve over ice.
