Cool, refreshing and just a hair boozier than your typical Paloma, the Radler Paloma is the perfect tequila cocktail for any time of the year.

• 2 oz tequila
• 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
• Squeeze fresh lime
• 1/2oz simple syrup
• Stiegl radler, to the top
• Grapefruit wedge to garnish

Add tequila, grapefruit, lime & syrup to shaker with ice.  Shake well to chill. Pour into collins glass and top with beer….garnish.
