Snowy Day
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 0.25 oz Golden Falernum
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white (optional, for foam)
Instructions
- Add lime juice, cream of coconut, falernum, egg white, and gin to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain out the ice, then shake again without ice to create a smooth foam.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
