Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin
• 0.25 oz Golden Falernum
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 egg white (optional, for foam)

Instructions

1. Add lime juice, cream of coconut, falernum, egg white, and gin to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain out the ice, then shake again without ice to create a smooth foam.
4. Strain into the prepared glass.
