Ingredients

• 5 fresh Concord grapes
• 2 oz. Welches grape juice
• 1 ½ oz. gin
• 1 oz. port wine
• ½ T lemon juice
• 1 large egg white
• 1 T fine sugar
• Ice
• Cold soda water

Directions

In a dry shaker (no ice), muddle fresh grapes. Then add grape juice, gin, port wine, lemon juice, egg white, and sugar.  Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Now add ice and shake for 1 minute more. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with soda water.
