Cinnamon Brown Sugar Simple Syrup


1 C. Brown sugar

1 C. Water

1 Cinnamon stick

1 Vanilla bean


Combine all in a saucepan over low heat. Do not boil. Simmer low 30 min. Remove vanilla bean and cinnamon stick. Refrigerate.

4 oz. Cold brew coffee

1 oz. Apple cider

1 oz. Cinnamon brown sugar syrup

2 oz. ½ and ½


Mix all over ice and stir well.
