Ingredients

• 2 oz Ketel One grapefruit/rose vodka
• ½ oz Aperol      
• 1 oz simple syrup         
• ½ oz lemon juice          
• Whipped cream to top

Directions

Shake all ingredients, except whipped cream, 25 times in an iced shaker. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and top with whipped cream.
