1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
Chilled sparkling wine or champagne to top
In an iced shaker, shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Pour into the champagne coup and top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne to taste.
