8 C. Cubed sweet watermelon – frozen
2 1/2 C. Rosé Wine
1 C. Aperol
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend to smooth. If it’s a bit soupy, re-freeze for 15 min, then scoop into a chilled rocks glass to serve.
