The Raspberry Gin Rickey
Ingredients
2 Tsp Simple Syrup
1 1/2 C. Fresh Raspberries
1 C. Lime Juice
12 oz. Gin
4 C. Citrus club soda
2 Tsp Lime Juice
Directions
In a pitcher, gently muddle one cup of raspberries with simple syrup. Add lime juice and gin and stir all and add citrus club soda. Pour over ice and serve with some fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
