Ingredients

• 1 whole egg
• 1 oz heavy cream
• ½ oz maple syrup
• ¼ oz allspice dram
• 1 ½ oz VS Cognac
• Nutmeg to dust

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a dry shaker, shake well, add ice, and shake again. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and dust with nutmeg.
