The Holiday Cocktail

Ingredients 2 oz Ketel One grapefruit/rose vodka ½ oz Aperol       1 oz simple syrup          ½ oz lemon juice           Whipped cream to top Directions Shake all ingredients, except whipped cream, 25 times in an iced shaker. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and top with whipped cream.

The Frozen Hula hoop

Ingredients 6 C. Ice 4 oz. White Rum 4 oz. Pineapple Juice 1/4 C. Raspberry Syrup 1/4 C. Red Wine 1/4 C. Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp Aperol Directions Put all in a blender and process to smooth. Serve with fresh berries for garnish.
