Upgraded Eggnog

Ingredients 1 whole egg 1 oz heavy cream ½ oz maple syrup ¼ oz allspice dram 1 ½ oz VS Cognac Nutmeg to dust Directions Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a dry shaker, shake well, add ice, and shake again. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and dust with nutmeg.

Red Fall Leaves

Ingredients 1 ¾ oz. VS Cognac         1 ¾ oz. red wine            ½ oz. lemon juice          ½ oz. brown sugar syrup (1 T light brown sugar and 1 T hot water) Ice Nutmeg to dust Directions In a shaker, shake all ingredients except nutmeg. Pour into a wine glass and dust with nutmeg.
