Ingredients
1 whole egg
1 oz heavy cream
½ oz maple syrup
¼ oz allspice dram
1 ½ oz VS Cognac
Nutmeg to dust
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a dry shaker, shake well, add ice, and shake again. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and dust with nutmeg.
