Ingredients 2 oz. Gin 4 oz. Apple cider 1/2 oz. Orange juice Chilled prosecco to top Directions In a rocks glass with ice, add the gin, cider and orange juice. Mix well. Top with chilled prosecco and an orange slice to garnish.

Ingredients 2 oz vodka 2 oz plum jam 1 oz Cointreau  ¼ lime juiced Prosecco to top Directions In a dry shaker (no ice), shake vodka, jam, Cointreau, and lime juice. Shake and divide between two champagne flutes and top with chilled prosecco.
